As an enthusiastic Scrum Master, you are both a supporter and a mediator. Your passion is the communication with the team members to guide them to reach their sprint goals.

Deine Aufgaben
Moderation and organization of positive and productive events (daily, review, retrospective and planning meetings)
Coaching of 1-2 teams in self-management and cross-functional cooperation
Supporting the Scrum Teams in dealing with challenges
Ensure team spirit and good team collaboration
Facilitate the Product Owner getting the most value reflected e.g. in the backlog
Cross-departments communication for understanding the agility methods and product planning in an empirical work environment
Identifying areas with potential for improvement
Work together with the other Scrum Master and Agile Coaches in e.g. conducting training courses and workshops

Dein Profil
3+ years of experience in the application of agile development methods
Successfully completed technical studies, ideally with additional training in communication or moderation
Or successfully completed relevant studies, e.g. in business administration, psychology, sociology, ideally with experience in technical environment
Passion for agility, working with different people, communicating and solving problems
CSM or PSM certification
Proficiency in English is a must, German would be plus
