For one of our clients – a company offering services in the field of customer experience
management. We are on a search for team-oriented, challenge-ready and driven people for
the role of General Customer Care Agent with Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian, Romanian and
English - PTE.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first line of contact via phone, email and chat;
* Listening closely and identifying the cause of customer’s issue;
* Offering solutions and resolving issues within reasonable timeframe;
* Guiding customers through the process while offering empathy and care for their needs;
* Using available tools and knowledge to provide the best possible service;
* Supporting other colleagues and working on maintaining good working atmosphere .
Requirements:
* Great command of Polish, Slovenian, Hungarian or Romanian and English language;
* Strong PC user skillset;
* Able to communicate with ease and empathize with the customers;
* Strong team spirt and willingness to cooperate with others in order to reach common goals;
* Drive to improve, learn and expand preexisting skills and knowledge;
* Available for training on full time.
