The role of Senior Cyber Developer is part of Paysafe’s Cyber Defence team, focused on the continuous development and integration of Cyber Defences utilising cloud / DevSecOps practices and methodology. The role will be part of a small dedicated team delivering information security and cyber defence as code for consumption by SecDevOps personnel and Product teams and enabling cyber threat management.

What you will do:
Develop and maintain all relevant libraries of the coded solutions, reference design patterns and approaches to new forms of threat and technologies.
Work on initiatives with high strategic impact, develop solutions and set short- and long-term strategies that can be deployed as code.
Develop and maintain pipelines for Security Infrastructure in Cloud.
Develop and maintain pipelines for shared Security Components used by other Teams.
Participate in technical requirement gathering as well as Code Reviews and Approvals for Security Component Code
To be a point of escalation for security coding issues, influencing important decisions that lead the technical security design of systems and services on-premise, in the Cloud or in hybrid
Research, identify, validate, and adopt new technologies and methodologies.
Participate in daily stand-ups, development sprints and knowledge transfer sessions to accelerate component delivery across security teams
Mentor other Security Team members in DevSecOps practices to support the ongoing security team transformation

To be successful you need to have knowledge and experience in/of the following:
5+ years of experience with DevOps tools and software engineering.
Deep automation Skills (Gitlab, Jenkins).
5+ years of experience in managing Linux, Windows and MacOS-based infrastructure.
5+ years of hands-on experience at least in one scripting language (Bash, Powershell, Python, Ansible, Typescript).
3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer, CDK).
2+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering and Cloud Migrations.
Hands-on experience at least in one programming language (Java, C#, C++).
Excellent English-language verbal, and written communication skills
Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.
Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
