Thus related, we are looking for a front-line goal oriented professional to join our Marketing and Digital Sales team as

UX/UI Monetization Guru

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
■ Design of the customer experience (customer path) for digital channels and digital products
■ Cooperation with the Growth Marketing and Cross-Selling Departments (Digital Sales Factory) to identify business opportunities to increase monetization of the digital experience and eliminate customer frustration
■ Creation of high quality UX design solutions through visual and graphic design, storyboard, process diagrams, site pips and prototypes
■ Exploring design requirements of the digital user experience to ensure the creation and delivery of the best digital experience to users
■ Cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to implement best practices and continuously improve the user experience
■ Identifies and resolves UX/UI issues, participates in concept approval and performance testing

Skills and Experience Required:
■ Extensive experience in the design of digital products and services.
■ Experience with Sketch, InVision, Figma, Visio, Design Systems, Adobe Creative Suite
■ Solid communication skills with comfort in speaking with senior leaders; excellent communication skills to negotiate with stakeholders and team, having the ability to convince
■ Demonstration of ability to think both strategically and tactically
■ Passion for innovation and “can do” attitude
■ Experience in banking, finance, insurance fields is preferred
