For one of our clients – a leading multinational company. We are looking for driven and hard-
working individual who is passionate about sales for the role of Sales Coach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Designing and delivering training (creating content for training purposes) in line with
company’s objectives and supporting other trainers and training programs;
* Updating training content regularly and ensuring that is always easy for the sales team to access it;
* Enhancing training sessions by showcasing different selling methods and techniques;
* Expanding your knowledge on company’s products and services and teaching how to best
deliver across the offered value and benefits when pitching a sale;
* Following closely on sale team’s interactions with potential sellers and coaching the team to
improve their skills and close deals faster;
* Providing regular feedback on sales team’s performance and suggesting where and how to
improve.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English (able to communicate, read and write comfortably in both);
* 2+ years of business to consumer sales experience in the telecom industry;
* Sales management experience will be considered and advantage;
* Bachelor’s degree and experience with working with cross-cultural and remote teams;
* Great communicator and overall people person with passion for sales, able to motivate and
influence people;
* Organized and efficient, responsible and able to meet deadlines;
* Driven problem-solver, ready to focus on the task at hand and work towards finding the best solution.
