We are looking to hire a Software Configuration Expert who will be responsible for planning, estimating and configuring software for clinical case studies.

Responsibilities related to planning study configuration
Determine configuration and integration requirements
Communicate with the business owners on deadlines and business commitments
Coordinate with development and QA teams the dependencies on deliveries and releases
Provide estimate for configuration and integration creation
Assist and together with QA and requirements team provide configuration and integration estimate
Responsibilities related to study configuration ownership
Analyze the requirements and raise any questions or concerns
Create and commit configuration
Perform configuration reviews
Hold requirements team accountable for assets deadlines
Fix any defects in the configuration
Remove any blockers that might affect the configuration deadline
Communicate configuration readiness to the program manager/implementation lead

Requirements
Fluent English
Experience in similar position or SEO expert, Customer and Technical Support, Technical writer is a plus
Ability to work independently in defining requirements
Understanding of version control process
Experience with versioning control systems
Experience and understanding of software development processes
Knowledge of JSON and XML
An advantage would be
Experience in regulated environments
Experience with Git
Experience integrating software with medical devices
Proactive person with an eye for the detail
