Responsibilities inside MentorMate
People Management

Grow the mobile department aligned with the values and business strategy of the company
Develop and maintain relationships with all team members
Develop the team, understand their drivers, facilitate their career objectives
Coach individuals in terms of process, personal and technical development
Coach mobile leads
Accountable for budget and performance management
Observe, sustain and improve morale
Actively maintain a healthy culture and motivate the team
Organization
Oversee the work of the department and be responsible for scaling it and making it successful
Collaborate with the management team
Collaborate with the mobile leadership team on setting and achieving goals
Gather and present business metrics to upper management
Contribute effectively to mobile department business objectives - company revenue and profitability

Responsible for requests for financial investment and ROI
Clients
Engage with clients as well as prospects by providing estimates and timeline
Strive to achieve excellent client satisfaction
Ensure project staffing
Comfortably communicate and negotiate with different types of partners
Help with Business Development
Hiring
Аnalyze the business demand and communicate it with the recruitment team
Collaborate with recruitment team on hiring strategies
Be involved in the department hiring process
Interview and assess candidates to find the best fit for the company

Requirements
10+ years of mobile development experience
4+ years of experience as team lead or manager
Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
Ability to multitask and manage multiple streams of activity
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Very strong interpersonal skills combined with the mindset of an owner - delivery focused, self motivated with a can-do attitude
Excellent spoken and written English
