Job Description

The Commercial Assurance Team performs a vital role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.

The Senior Commercial Assurance Analyst plays the role of revenue assurance expert, and it is responsible to support the Commercial Assurance team members in complex tasks.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Acting as first point of contact between Commercial Assurance Team and all other teams/functions;
· Maintaining regular metric reporting to management on team performance for key projects including RPI, Underbilling, CAT DB;
· Supporting team in managing the Erroneous Transaction Report process, maintaining the internal control report for billing issues and errors, utilising team resources to resolve issues and attend regular conference calls to explain resolution of outstanding items;
· Supporting and guide team in RPI and all other revenue assurance activities.
· Assisting in the collection of under-billed revenue by identifying client billing issues and reporting them as per the process in place;
· Facilitating the process of performing quality assurance checks on billing schedules;
· Creating training plan and drive training activities for new members of the team ensuring smooth onboarding process and easy orientation for activities assigned;
· Perform high complexity revenue assurance activities as required and coach actively team members in resolution of daily challenges.

Qualifications

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
· Fluency in written and verbal English;
· Strong organisational skills;
· Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deviations in priorities with senior management;
· Excellent communication skills;
· High attention to detail;
· An inquisitive and analytical mind;
· An appetite for problem solving and process improvements;
· Experience in leading projects;
· Experience in working autonomously to solve complex, detailed problems;
· Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines/
