Position Title: Site Reliability Engineer EMEA/APAC
What you’ll be doing?
Updating Experian Platforms Software: ExperianOne – Experian’s Cloud SaaS offering for Decision Analytics and Fraud specific platforms;
Maintaining the systems - edge cases, failure modes, behaviours, specific implementations;
Monitoring and alerting on symptoms and not on outages;
Partnering with development teams or equivalent to improve services;
Running the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health;
Incident management
Collaborating with developers, security and architects to influence them to build resilient, maintainable solutions;
What you’ll bring?
Around 5 years of experience on the same or a similar position
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English
Proven experience with Python
Knowledge on Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Splunk, Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes, ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, AWS
Agile oriented
Direct experience of supporting complex, highly scaled systems in production
Curiosity and willingness learn new technologies and practices
Cloud awareness
