ServiceNow Business Analyst
Responsibilities in this position are:
Managing stakeholders, translating and simplifying requirements for technical developers throughout user stories and analysis. Communicating at all levels with impact, doing project support, reporting activities, and PMO also, under the Agile methodology.
Essential skills and expertise:
- Previous experience as a Business/System Analyst, Project Manager, Project Support Expert, or ServiceNow System Administrator;
- Very good knowledge of project management tools like (ITBM, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint);
- Experience or desire to work under Agile/ Scrum methodology;
- Experience in responses to RFIs, RFPs, and client-facing presentations;
- Very good English (both written and spoken);
An advantage will be:
* ServiceNow Certification (i.e. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator);
* ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4 preferred);
* SCRUM Master certification;
* Business Analyst certification e.g. IIBA, BCS;
