General duties:
Overall vision of the process of selection and attraction of IT and Data talents in the organization
Understanding the needs of the Bank IT and Data units for employees, active assistance in preparing the specific profile of the candidate
Effective and proactive management of the entire process (preparation and publication of an announcement, proactive search, ongoing monitoring and preliminary selection of incoming applications through electronic channels (social media, etc.)
Extensive proactive search
Work with external agencies and consultants
Research and implementation of new and alternative opportunities talent acquisition
Active work for establishing the employer brand of the organization and its presence and recognition on the labor market more as a digital company than a bank

Requirements:
University degree, specialization in the Human resources field will be considered an advantage
Professional experience as IT recruiter
Experience in working with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, platforms and career sites for recruitment, etc.);
Very good computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Very good English language skills.
Ability to act proactively and multitask
