CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT DATABASE SPECIALIST (ServiceNow)
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Previous experience with defining manageable CM processes and their implementation;
- Hands-on experience with designing CM standards;
- Excellent scripting skills;
- Networking experience (Networking Protocols, WMI, Subnet masks, SNMP etc.);
- Ability to prepare CM technology and process training for users.
