On behalf of our client, an innovative tech delivery company entering the Bulgarian market, we are looking for an experienced and professional for the role of
BI Analyst
Main Responsibilities:
Systematic mapping of company processes and data generated in various IT systems (core system, ERP, CRM, mobile application, website etc.);
Set-up of Strategy for Data Storage, prepare and regularly update Business Requirements for the Data Warehouse and a data layer of Analytical Playground;
Actively participate on development and maintenance of company Data Warehouse and a data layer of Analytical Playground;
Development and maintaining of data catalogue, set of data quality check and responsibility for maintenance of data quality of the data in Data Warehouse;
Gathering of requirements for regular reports from business users and preparation and maintenance of regular reports in PowerBI (or similar solution);
Ad-hoc analysis of operational processes in the area of Logistics, Sales, APM placement aimed at improvement of operational excellence of the company;
Participation on definition of adjustments in the IT systems in order to generate data necessary for diverse set of defined analysis;
Communication of the findings of the analysis to the management of the company and preparation of proposals for adjustments of operational processes of the company in order to improve efficiency of the company.
Job requirements:
University degree in Business/Management/Economics/Accounting/Finance or Computer and Information Science required;
Knowledge of SQL and/or Python;
Knowledge of Power BI or similar solutions is an advantage;
Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools;
Ability to collect and compile relevant data;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically;
Well organized with great attention to detail;
Strong business analysis skills;
Fluent level of English written and spoken.
