Do you want to become a part of newly formed team as Quality Assurance - Shared Service Center?
In this role YOU will be responsible for:
• Review and evaluate the staff to improve the quality of performance;
• Coordinates and reports mistakes to the management and give feedback to the employees;
• Identify individual needs and motivate trainees to learn and grow professionally;
• Leads the assigned team, provides feedback to the members, and follows up on their progress;
• Develop and maintain a training program for both new joiners and current team members.

• Experience on Customer Support position;
• Fluent English;
• PC Literacy;
• Excellent communication skills;
