Conversion Agent with English (Regulated Forex)



Main Responsibilities:

Communication with existing and potential clients over the phone, email, and chat;
Communication with Global leads;
Identification of client needs and reacting to their requests promptly and in a professional manner;
Ambition to meet the company and personal targets;
Staying up to date with the world's economic situation and financial markets.

Job requirements:

Sales experience is a must;
Previous experience as a Retention (or Conversion/Sales) in the Forex industry will be considered as a strong advantage;
Fluency in English (C1);
Knowledge about Forex and Crypto would be a plus.
