US product-oriented company focused on developing an automated corporate security platform and providing solutions for IT incidents, incl. network operations and IT service desk management, cloud operations, and automated discovery mapping. Together with them, we are looking for the next IT professional who will join on the position of a:
IT HELPDESK SPECIALIST
What skills you’ll need to hold this position:
- You have to gain already 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Microsoft O365 Suite tools administration;
- Experience with various OSs: MS Windows/Linux/macOS;
- Familiarity with TeamViewer/Zendesk;
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network connectivity;
- University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
