On behalf of our client an international company, we are looking for an experienced professional to join their team for the role of

PRODUCT SUPPLY COORDINATOR

The ROLE will actively manage and maintain finished goods inventory levels to maximize customer service and minimize out of stocks. This will involve reviewing stock, production and forecast information to identify product supply risks, than liaise with factories, demand planners, customer service and sales to drive mitigation activities. The position will also provide weekly and periodic information on deletions, analyze the root causes and work with the supply chain team on actions to prevent repeat issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Maximize product availability to support case fill targets:
- Drive actions across the supply chain to improve product availability such as, changes to production plan, faster transit times, efficient booking in, etc.;
- Drive continuous improvement through route cause analysis of low stock incidents.
Drive efficient stock management ensuring inventory levels meet target levels:
- Highlight overstocks, identify root causes and drive changes needed to avoid in the future;
- Regular review of stock policy with factories to ensure aligned targets and create a roadmap for optimizing inventory levels;
- Manage the stock age profile on finished goods to minimize best before date issues on delivery preparations;
- Own the product clearance process with sales and customer service.
Ensure accurate real-time stock picture is available in SAP:
- Daily clearance of SAP I-doc errors with the 3PLs;
- Drive process improvement to eliminate regular errors.
Daily communication with the warehouse to support smooth operations
- Raise all the UCS claims to the factories;
- Participate in the Portfolio review and prepare the Supply insights for all products.

Job requirements:
At least 3+ years previous experience in same/similar role;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines;
Good skills related to prioritization, communication and conflict management.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude;
Outstanding interpersonal qualities and ability for effective communication skills;
Track record of delivering excellent service to other stakeholders directly.
Experience using SAP / Atlas would be an advantage;
Excellent usage of Microsoft Office (Excel – advanced user, Word and PowerPoint);
Excellent level of English – written and spoken.
