* Communicate with clients of the service in foreign languages;
* Provide excellent service and detailed information about the company’s products;
* Build strong relationships with the users and follow-up whenever necessary;
* Escalate complex cases to the respective supervisor;
* Represent the company’s core values and vision.

* Fluent in either German, Portuguese, Italian or French;
* Advanced in English;
