SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER / TEAM LEAD
We are looking for a talented and experienced C#.Net Developer to become a part of the friendly development team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, ensuring that the company delivers quality software that meets and exceeds the business requirements of the organization and its customers.
If you are looking for the next step in your career, the company is ready to give you the opportunity to lead a small team of Developers, take decisions, to analyze requirements and specifications, participate in team meetings, and provide insightful input and ideas. Candidates with no experience in people/team management are also very welcome to join the company!
Main requirements:
- Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core;
- A solid understanding of software design principles;
- Experience with SQL;
- Willingness to mentor and lead other colleagues;
- Experience working under Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- To enjoy collaborative working and know how to engage with people at all levels of the organization;
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional experience in the following is not necessary but would be advantageous:
- Experience with MS SQL / AzureSQL;
- Experience with Cassandra andElasticSearch;
- Experience with microservices;
- Knowledge of German language.
