WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support of current Linux infrastructure
Virtualization Support
DNS configuration and troubleshooting
Mail servers Support
Software defined storages support
Record, track, and document processes in office (HowTo’s: work with services, hardware changes, full documentation of critical production services)
Datacenter Hardware planning, Requesting, Installing and configuring, Maintenance.
Asset management with proper documenting
WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Advanced expertise in Linux operating systems, specifically experience with RedHat Enterprise.
Experience with configuration management automation tools (Ansible)
Professional experience in multiple scripting languages for systems administration (bash, python, perl, etc.)
A background in infrastructure management and design, with experience of best practices for security, high availability, scalability and cost management.
Understanding of the network and data transport layers, common protocols, and storage subsystems.
Experience with monitoring, maintaining, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
Would be considered an advantage:

Experience with AWS/Google Cloud administration
Experience with Virtualization and containers (KVM, RHEV/oVirt, Docker, Virtuozzo, Kubernetes)
Experience with database administration, including MySQL and Postgress
Experience with hardware of different vendors (Supermicro, Dell, HPE, APC)
Hardware knowledge:
• Server hardware
• Network cabling
• Electricity
• Rack space
• Datacenter cooling
