The primary objective of the Support Systems Project Manager is to drive projects related to Support systems and ensure their efficiency and proper usage. They are responsible for managing projects on systems implementation, migration, upgrades and maintenance. The person on this position is a subject matter expert on the inner workings of the Customer Support systems such as Support CRM and other instruments that help the Support organization provide excellent and cost-efficient technical support to Acronis Customers and Partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensuring that all Support Systems projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and resources
Developing project scopes, objectives and requirements involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Collaborate with Support Managers, assess and identify key tools to ensure their best usage and efficiency
Lead projects on Support Systems implementation
Train team members on new tools and work with Training team to develop training materials
Partner with Security and Compliance to ensure all tools meet required security/compliance needs
Work across many functions, including Support Management and Operations, IT, Business Systems and other departments to define and implement key required tools for Support Team success
Coordinate efforts with any external parties involved in the creation and delivery of the solution to ensure implementation within time, budget and quality expectations
Conduct and perform financial, product, market, operational and related research to support business needs
Suggest changes to processes and architecture, using analytics to support recommendations, identify and assess risks related to suggested changes
WHAT YOU BRING

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Strong project management experience working with CRM systems and/or client ticket systems (with a focus on tool implementation)
A track record of successful implementation of mid-size/big projects through collaboration with team members across many different roles and functions.
Knowledge of methods and best practices of project management.
Basic knowledge of SQL queries
Strong written and spoken communicator with engaging presentation skills
Experience working with Salesforce, understanding its modules, workflows, and integrations with other systems is a plus
