Our client:
The recently established company, part of a well-known holding specializing in the collection and processing of precious metals, has started work on a brand new project - a unique online e-commerce platform for the CEE region. Right now, together with them, we are in a search of an IT professional who will hold the position of a:
TECHNICAL WRITER
In this role you will be involved in producing high-quality documentation, creating product manuals and writing easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides. Moreover, you will participate in building the next generation e-commerce platform and you will work closely with the CTO, Product Owners, Front-End/Back-End Engineers and SREs.
Key requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software company;
- Experience using Zendesk Guide, Camtasia, SnagIt or other;
- Experience in writing SRS and a good understanding of SDLC;
- Very good command of English (C1/C2) with excellent writing skills.
As an advantage would be considered:
- University degree in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, or relevant.
