For one of our clients – world-renowned company, offering its services in various fields. We
are on a search for customer-oriented, bright and driven people for the role of 1st Level
Technical Support with German, Turkish, Polish, French and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serving as a first point of contact to new and existing customers;
* Dealing with a range of issues such as technical, formal and administrative issues and offering solutions and guidance;
* Logging new and keeping existing logs up-to-date;
* Escalating the difficult cases further and in accordance with company’s guidelines;
* Ensuring that deadlines are met and activities are carried out as per schedule;
* Helping other colleagues and contributing to team efforts to meat pre-set goals.

Requirements:
* Formidable German, Turkish, Polish, French and English skills (verbal and written);
* Interest in technology and good PC user skills;
* Great interpersonal skills and customer-orientation;
* Eager to learn and improve, motivated and able to adapt to changes with ease;
* Team-player attitude and willingness to help and be of service;
* A knack for analysing the situation and finding solutions.
