We are looking for a detail-oriented regional service manager to manage our service department, our service partners and handle customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members and external services.

Regional Service Manager

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of Field Service Managers.
• Develop network and control of external services.
• Provides management assistance to dealers to ensure proper customer support in accordance with service and warranty related objectives.
• Establishes an effective counseling and advisory role with dealer management regarding service performance objectives.
• Work with Suppliers and Engineering on product improvement projects and work with field team to gather field data as necessary.
• Facilitate conference calls, field meetings and training opportunities.
• Probably should mention develop and manage department budget.
• Performs other related duties as required.

What you need to be:

• Degree in engineering, business administration or automotive technology required; Master’s preferred.
• Product and technical service knowledge gained through 3-8 years of related service
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with customers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, including the ability to plan, organize and deliver formal presentations.
• Good common of English.
