Job Description

You are probably wondering what you will be doing:

· Achieving high quality customer service through others and represent the Service Operations Manager on site in Sofia.
· Leading performance management and mentoring conversations with the team.
· Tracking and managing the teams’ knowledge and ensuring documentation is maintained.
· Supporting the team by providing training on areas of technical and product expertise
· Reporting on the team’s performance against core KPI’s and leading daily stand-ups and team meetings, listening to the team but also representing the broader management team on site
· Taking ownership of workload and managing time/priorities appropriately
· Ensuring that you and your team adhere to all regulatory requirements and apply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers
· Working closely with colleagues in delivery and support, and the development and business support teams to ensure the highest level of support is achieved
· The team also provides out of hours support to our clients as part of an on-call rota which you will be required to contribute to.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· Experience in building and managing a new team
· Experience in application support – diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues
· The ability to communicate technical information effectively to a non-technical audience
· Deep knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and problem management
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and strong technical experience
· Strong troubleshooting and reasoning skills
· Strong management and people skills
· Readiness to take ownership of complex technical issues and use your team and knowledge of the business to deliver positive results
· Results driven and goal-oriented attitude
· Strong desire to build knowledge both personally and across the team. You will champion tools and processes, ensuring consistency within the team, and mentor junior team members.
