Position Title: Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager role is responsible for contributing to the development of the product vision and strategy for Experian’s decisioning software products and propositions in the EMEA and APAC regions across the customer lifecycle. The role also assumes ownership of the post-release management, maintenance, and sunset lifecycle and to optimise the value derived from investment in the product.

What you’ll be doing?
Working in partnership with the local markets, regional and global Product Management colleagues, contributing to the development of the regional Decisioning product strategy;
Identifying, developing, and bringing to market new Decisioning products / product extensions/propositions that deliver significant value to Experian and its clients;
Ensuring the effective in-life management of existing products to ensure they deliver the quality and value expected of Experian’s clients. Gathering product; requirements from the market, clients, and other appropriate sources to synthesise into a prioritised backlog in collaboration with Global Product Management;
Providing subject matter expertise to the regions in respect of the Decisioning product suite. Ensuring sales teams are sufficiently aware and trained on the product proposition and support significant sales opportunities where appropriate.

What you’ll bring?
Extensive experience (around 5 years) of software product management and proposition development of one or more B2B products addressing multiple market and segment needs;
Working knowledge of one or more of the following customer lifecycle areas – credit originations, customer management, debt management / collections
Experience in the creation and execution of Go To Market plans for new / updated products or propositions;
Experience in constructing business cases for new product/proposition investment initiatives and commercial exposure;
Knowledge and experience of bringing products and services to market as a SaaS offering;
Knowledge of one or more decisioning software solutions, ideally to include PowerCurve or similar B2B enterprise decisioning solutions;
Knowledge and understanding of the principles of advanced analytics and modelling including AI and Machine Learning;
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
Collaboration and relationship-building skills;
Very strong organisational and management skills;
Strong problem-solving ability;
Bachelors or higher degree, in a scientific, software/computing, mathematical or technical field preferred
Desirable: Professional product management qualification e.g., Pragmatic Marketing or NPDP from the PDMA
