Our client:
It is an international company that is building a unique next-generation e-Commerce online microservices platform from scratch. It will be the first platform in Europe that will offer an all-in-one solution for the e-Commerce field and it will also include both SaaS (for small and middle-sized customers) and Enterprise (for big companies) modules.
Currently, we are in the process of searching for a dedicated professional who will take the position of a:
TECHNICAL WRITER
In this role you will be involved in producing high-quality documentation, creating product manuals, and writing easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides. Moreover, you will participate in building the next-generation e-commerce platform and you will work closely with the CTO, Product Owners, Front-End/Back-End Engineers, and SREs.
What skills and experience should you bring to the table?
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software company;
- Experience in using documentation publishing software such as Zendesk Guide, Camtasia, SnagIt or others;
- Experience in writing SRS and basic familiarity with the SDLC;
- Proficiency in English grammar and writing (C1/C2).
As an advantage we would consider:
- University degree in Information Systems and Technology, Computer Science, or relevant.
