For one of our clients – a company globally-known for their activity in the customer
management field. We are on a search for attentive, outgoing and motivated individuals for
the role of Logistics Care Expert with Polish, German, French, Italian, Turkish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling customers’ issues via different channels and offering accurate solutions;
* Escalating specific cases to the next level of management as per company guidelines;
* Preforming inbound or outbound customer and/or client calls;
* Updating information on different interactions with customers regularly for future reference;
* Striving to meet and exceed company’s KPIs and quality standards;
* Collaborating with other team-members and working towards achieving set targets;
* Working on additional tasks when needed and asked by management.
Requirements:
* Great command of Polish, German, French, Italian, Turkish and good command of English;
* Previous experience in a call center environment is an advantage;
* High school diploma and great PC user an MS Office apps skillset;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail;
* Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time well;
* Self-motivated and team-oriented problem-solver.
