General duties:You develop the IT-Strategy considering the regulatory guidelines
You prepare the implementation state of strategic objectives and communicate the strategy within the organization
Develop the target architecture and Technology-Roadmap, define the methods and create supporting meta models
You define architectural principles and advise the organization within the implementation
You verify implementation projects regarding the strategy-compliant implementation within the architecture committee
Document the Enterprise architecture models to reflect the current architecture landscape
Evaluate internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements
Requirements:
IT and banking know how
Several years of experience in the range of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Management
Independant and solution-oriented way of working, a high level of analytical and problem-solving capability and experiences with agilе working methods
Stakeholder-oriented communication and presentation skills as well as a strong convincing ability
Team and customer orientation
