For one of our clients – a company offering business enhancing solutions and services. We
are looking for adaptable, reliable and friendly customer enthusiasts for the role of E-Trade
Consultant with Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch, German, Polish and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers via phone, chat and email and striving to assist them in the
best way you can;
* Listening closely to customer’s issues regarding product information (sizing, quality),
orders, tracking deliveries, returns…;
* Building customers trust by offering correct and easy-to-follow instructions;
* Resolving issues and providing quality service in the shortest time possible;
* Presenting new products and their features;
* Updating the system with information about every customer interaction for future reference;
* Thinking of new ways to improve the process, sales, brand loyalty and customer happiness
and discussing possible changes with other colleagues.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in one of the main languages and English (both written and verbal);
* Highschool or higher education diploma;
* Excellent PC user skills and familiarity with MS Office apps;
* Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role is desirable;
* Enthusiastic and friendly, striving towards customer happiness with every interaction;
* Organized and reliable, able to adapt to changing demands and deadlines;
* Driven to achieve company’s quality standards and pre-set performance target;
* Available to work on shifts (only during the daytime).
