For one of our clients – a company innovating the field of business transformation and
business management. We are on a search for friendly, driven and customer-focused people
for the role of Customer Care Agent with French, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping customers with any issues they might have via phone or ticketing system;
* Getting to the root of the issue by asking questions and listening actively to the customer;
* Offering solutions to issues that may arise in everyday use of the devices;
* Keeping track of the most common issues and relaying your findings to the supervisors;
* Working closely with the colleagues and maintaining the team spirit by helping and advising
each other when needed.

Requirements:
* Great knowledge of French, Polish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and good English skills;
* Driven to help and resolve customers’ issues while being understanding and striving to
provide a great experience;
* Ready to learn and improve, to achieve greater and greater results over time;
* Friendly and team-oriented, eager to contribute to team’s efforts;
* Familiar with iOS and Android OS features and how to use them.
