General duties:
Define the data architecture framework, standards and principles, including modeling, metadata, security, reference and master data
Design the data models for extensibility, scalability, simplicity, consistency and integrity
Define concept and best practices for responsible data handling
Define data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition
Enable new business opportunities based on data and analytics
Provide advisory support in larger implementation projects and programs, actively manage cross-architecture data-relevant process or system changes
Integration and support of ETL processes
Interact with internal and external data architects, data engineers, data scientists
Ensure synergies across various business and IT units

Requirements:
Master's degree in computer science, data analytics, data engineering or a related discipline
Several years hands-on experience in developing data/software architectures and successfully implemented projects
Excellent analytical and conceptual understanding as well as a structured, independent, solution-oriented way of thinking and working
Experience with cloud, hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, ideation, and industry standards is a plus
Experience in requirements discovery, prioritization, collecting evidence and impact to validate its value
You are a team-oriented personality with strong communication/presentation skills and the ability to bring complex topics to the point
