General duties:
Have a leading software development role in one of the following technologies – Java, JavaScript, .NET Core, Mobile (iOS/Android)
Take on the team lead role for key company projects
Contribute to technical architecture definition and ensure the company architectural integrity is maintained
Facilitate the professional growth of a small team of developers
Team building and motivating/ Develops and maintains an effective and involved workforce through performance leadership and employee involvement
Code Activity Metrics Monitoring and review/ Responsible for code review process in the team and quality of the produced code
Legacy Refactoring/ minimizing technical debts/ Minimizing code-level technical debt and improving existing legacy code through continual refactoring
Experience in an Agile environment highly regarded

Requirements:
7+ years of software development experience in the corresponding technology
Experience in a Team Lead position and Mentoring role
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to handle challenging situations
Fluent English

The following would be considered an advantage:

Experience in project management methodologies
Experience with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience with messages queues and buses – RabbitMQ, IBM Integration Bus, Kafka, etc.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, RH OpenShif
