SCRUM MASTER
Some of your duties will include:
- To develop coach and facilitate the Scrum Teams, as well as guide them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology;
- To work closely with IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams;
- Last but not least, to support the Agile Transformation process in the organization;
Essential requirements:
- Previous professional experience as a Scrum Master;
- Excellent knowledge and practice with Agile methodologies;
- Experience in using one or more collaboration management tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Teams, etc.)
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related;
- Good knowledge of other methodologies or practices (Kanban, Lean, SAFe) is a good advantage;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills;
