Classification of customer queries
Classification of whether a problem can be solved directly or whether it must be forwarded to a developer/product owner
Error analysis and troubleshooting
Communication with staff and customers
Interface between the Helpdesk and the other departments in the company
Forwarding of unsolvable problems to third level support

Essentials
Good communication skills in German and English
Professional experience as technical support or in the IT sector
A high degree of customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
A good general IT knowledge (especially regarding standard software and operating systems)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, agile working methodology
Beneficial

Knowledge of REST APIs is also advantageous
A degree in business informatics, industrial engineering or comparative studies.
