Currently, together with them, for their subsidiary in Bulgaria, we are looking to find and hire an experienced:
TECHNICAL LEAD (FRONT-END)
… who will be responsible for managing the operations of the Front-end team – leads, mentor, hire, perform regular code reviews, and handle escalations from the team. He/She will provide direct supervision of both Senior and Mid-level Front-end Engineers, as well as will guide and direct the front-end architecture and delivery. If you are able to cope with complex technical problems and you are passionate about front-end development, we'd love to hear from you!
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- At least 10+ years of total professional experience in software development;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar team management role with a strong technical focus (e.g. Front-end Architect, Head of Front-end Development, Team Lead, etc.);
- Excellent knowledge and experience with JavaScript (ES6), Webpack, React, Redux, Apollo, and web markup, including HTML5/CSS3;
- Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL-based services and APIs;
- Deep knowledge of front-end architectural best practices and design patterns;
- Very good communication skills in English (both written and verbal);
- A strong team player with a commitment to perfection;
- Strong work ethic - You like to get things done and are willing to go the extra mile.
Advantages:
