Level up your software engineering skills while working on demo projects and learning from top Software Talent Trainers. Apply to join our remote MentorMate University Foundation Program starting on April 10.

The Foundation Program is a six-month training program designed to provide tutoring on diverse software technologies to ambitious individuals ready to launch their career as Software Engineers. It offers you the unique opportunity to build new technical skills, prove your talent in a competitive environment, work on demo projects, and join forces with your fellows who enter the program.

Being part of our Foundation Program, you will
Start with an eight-week preparatory training covering the basics of software engineering and continue your knowledge development in the following months
Develop the skills you need to become a Software Engineer by collaborating with your teammates on demo projects
Build expertise in web or mobile development while using one of the following: Java, .NET, React, or React Native depending on your preferences
Be mentored by MentorMate University’s highly qualified Software Talent Trainers
Improve your knowledge, your skills, and yourself
Prove yourself and become a part of MentorMate's team

You need to have
Good understanding of code and algorithms, as well as strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages and technologies: Java, .NET(C#), JavaScript, or React/React Native
Passion for learning and desire to work with diverse technologies
Technical background (university degree, high school diploma, Programming course)
Good communication and teamwork skills and the ability to take ownership of your work
Proficient English skills, allowing you to communicate with teammates on daily basis
Proactive approach and ability to ask questions and go above and beyond

And here’s how to apply
Sign up for the program until March 31, 2023.
One hour after signing up, you’ll receive a link with your technical assessment via email.
You have five days to complete the assessment after applying.
After successfully completing the assignment, you'll be invited for an online interview conducted in English.
The best applicants will be offered to start the program on April 10, 2023.
