Currently, together with them, we are looking for an experienced professional to take the position of a:


SCRUM MASTER / AGILE COACH



Responsibilities:

- Developing, coaching and facilitating the Scrum Teams, as well as guiding them through the Scrum process or other Agile Methodology;
- Working closely with IT Delivery Lead, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to identify and resolve dependencies between squads, projects, and other teams;
- Helping the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity;
- Last but not least, supporting the Agile Transformation process in the organization.


Essential requirements:

- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an Agile environment is a MUST!
- Excellent knowledge and practice within Agile methodologies;
- Scrum Master certification;
- Experience in using one or more collaboration management tools (Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow / Teams, etc.);
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Economics, (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related;
- Good knowledge of other methodologies or practices (Kanban, Lean, SAFe) is a good advantage;
- Very good command of the English language (B2 level);
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills as well as Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
