The Employee Engagement Specialist brings to life the vision of a united team around a common goal and an exciting workplace experience. If you are a L&E Enthusiast and passionate to make a difference, then this role is for you!

Your role is really important as you will have responsibility for the coordination of engagement related activities for the site in close collaboration with the broader HR team, Senior Leadership and the Internal Communications and Brand Manager. You will be liaising across all business levels aiming to support the delivery of the overall internal engagement and employer branding strategy for the site.

What you’ll be doing:

· Design and enable the delivery of Global Delivery Center employee engagement related initiatives.
· Work with delegate groups and the business leaders to assess the success, impact and sustainability of engagement and employer branding solutions.
· Act as a Change Agent to support the ongoing employee engagement and employer branding activities of the organization.
· Work closely with Learning and Development Specialist and supports L&D agenda of the site.
· Work closely with Internal Communications and Brand Manager and create internal communication posts.
· Participate as HR representative in the Engagement Committees (Sports and Well-being, Family & Friends, DE&I, CSR) and Employer Branding meetings to ensure there is sufficient communication and alignment on the employee engagement and branding activities with the rest of the people plan activities.
· Coordinate internal employee lifecycle programs as anniversaries, recognitions and etc. ensuring continuous improvement.
· Coordinate internal employee programs with other Global Delivery Centers.
· Champion the DE&I and well-being agenda for the site and align across regional and business line stakeholder groups for proposing actions, implementing and follow-up with relevant metrics.
· Contracts with and manages third party relationships as appropriate.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

· Interpersonal Skills – able to communicate, interact and work well with others; open to other ideas and inputs; works with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome.
· Communication – strong oral and written communication skills in English; clear and persuasive; listens to others and seeks clarification, contributes, and gives input to discussion; confidence to have a strong point of view and express it even if it proves unpopular.
· Facilitation Skills – experience at facilitating in a variety of group and individual settings, in person and virtually, would be considered an advantage.
