A technology company based in Switzerland, with more than 30 years of experience. Operating primarily in the DACH region, they provide their clients with a variety of high-quality solutions and services. They are currently working on an innovative and significant project. They will be happy to give you the opportunity to join their BRAND NEW team in Bulgaria in the position of an:



TEAM LEADER (EMBEDDED C++)


Being part of the team, you will:



- Have the chance to build and lead a new team while taking an active part in the software development for multifunctional observation and localization devices in C++, Qt, and Python.

- You will take ownership of the full software development lifecycle for specific products and

- You will be the Technical Lead/Architect of the key project collaborating closely with the Product Managers, QA Engineers, and Production Unit.


Needed qualifications and skills:

- 10+ years of professional experience and proficiency in C++ development – from low-level embedded software to application-layer software;
- Previous experience in positions as a Software Team Lead, Technical Lead, Project Lead, or Software Architect is a MUST!;
- Experience with embedded C++, Python, and Qt as well as with Embedded Linux;
- Experience in writing automated tests from unit to system level (GoogleTest and Robot Framework);
- Experience working under Scrum/Agile;
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant specialty;
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of the German language would be a very good advantage!
- Willingness to travel on business trips abroad (mainly to Western Europe - Switzerland).



It would be great if you have experience (but this is not a must) in:

- Computer Vision and/or Cyber Security and Gitlab CI;
