Currently, they're looking for an IT professional to join their team as a:
IT HELP DESK SPECIALIST
As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact who will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance by phone, ticketing system, and in person in order to be able to resolve different computer problems related to software and hardware issues and to help employees get back up and running smoothly again and if needed, escalate unresolved problems to a higher level of support.
Basic requirements for this position:
- IT-related University degree or student in a relevant specialty;
- Previous experience as a help desk technician or other low-tech/deep customer support role;
- Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, etc.;
- Tech-savvy working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Very good level of English (B2 level).
