It is a product company that manages to be among the most prominent developers of e-commerce platforms in Europe. The company is working on a brand new project - a unique online e-commerce platform for the CEE region's competing products like Shopify. Currently, together with them, we are looking for a highly motivated specialist for the position:
TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD
As a Tech Lead, your main duties will be related to leading a team of software developers and leading the whole process of SDLC incl the support of the code base for web applications. You will have the opportunity to choose the developer you want to work with and to give ideas concerning the Software Architecture, used tools and technologies, and product features. You will work closely with Product Owners, Front End, and Back End Engineers. You will have the chance to expand your knowledge of reliable software architecture, programming tools, and technologies.
Key Requirements:
At least 6-7 years of experience in software development first as a Software Developer and later as a Team Leader or Tech Lead or Software Architect;
Experience in leading a small team of software engineers;
Experience in full-stack development using Reactjs, Next.js, and/ or Symfony;
Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases;
Experience in working/ leading cross-functional teams
Experience in an e-commerce environment will be considered as a big advantage!
