Very prominent telecom company in the world, which offers its clients different cloud-based data analytics solutions. The main target of it is to unlock the power and value of the data in other to improve the business performance, offer better service, and engage the customers. We support our partner in its need of highly qualified professionals and together with them are looking for an experienced Azure Data Architect to join their team in a position as a:
AZURE DATA ARCHITECT
In this position, you will be responsible for architectural decisions for building data solutions on MS Azure. Besides, you will work with Power BI for data visualization and with Microsoft BI Stack. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to work on a brand-new [project for the company as a part of a very experienced team of Data Engineers
Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in Azure data architecture, with a focus on Data Modelling and Data Warehouse.
- Very good programming skills with T-SQL / Python;
- Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization;
- Familiar with one or more of the following: Azure Data Platform Services - Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse;
- Experience in creating complex SQL queries;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS);
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
Personal interest in any of the following will be considered a plus:
Azure DevOps / Azure Automation / Azure Streaming Analytics / Azure Functions
