QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST


Responsibilities:

Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex customers’ complaints;
Support in the analyses and solving problem of complex problems in terms of quality;
Audit the plants to check the degree of compliance with the Quality Assurance requirements and identify improvement opportunities to prevent or minimize quality and/or food safety problems and support on the implementation of corrective actions;
Participate in customers audits;
Develop standard procedures in terms of quality assurance in order to reduce variability and improve the consistency of the quality of product;
Guarantee the implementation of standard procedures and ensure its compliance in all areas of the company and guarantee that they are properly interpreted and enforced by everyone;
Requirements:
University degree
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Experience on a similar position will be advantage;
Freely using MS Windows and MS Office, especially MS Excel;
Very good organization skills;
Excellent negotiation skills;
Team player;
