For our trusted partner, a leader in the market of hobby and professional power and hand tool units, we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of:

SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

You will lead the collaboration between the central service center, the authorized regional center, and the installers in the country.
You will manage, develop and maintain a suite of installers using the products offered by the company.
You will coordinate your work with other teams in the company: Commercial Regional Managers, Administration, Technical Pre-Sales Manager.
You will use our company software to manage service activities.
You will manage customer feedback and provide resolutions in alignment with the local and national call center.
You will provide a monthly service activity report to Immergas.
Your work location will be Sofia.
Requirements:

You have an engineering degree or a diploma as a technical expert.
You have at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in the HVAC sector
You have a network of contacts within the HVAC industry.
You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
Fluency in English and Bulgarian. Italian (B2 or higher) is a strong advantage.
You are results oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
