FinTech Customer Support with German and English

Main responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries regarding the platform and products of the company;
Be the point of contact between customers and other departments within the company;
Ensure the customer satisfaction by reporting emerged issues;
Maintain and update the company`s system.

Job requirements:
Previous experience in Forex/ Customer Support/ Finance industry is a must;
Fluency in English and German both written and verbal;
Analytical thinking with strong customer focus.
