Non-Voice Game Support with English (Sofia location)

Main responsibilities:
Advising customers regarding issues;
Establish long-term business relationships;
Conclude investigations and follow-ups reported by the users;
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.

Fluency in English (C1-C2 level);
