Job Description

The person on the role will work within the EMEA CSDA Customer Services Organisation, with a key focus on ensuring Change Management is seen within business as being an enabler of change and value, as opposed to an inhibitor. The Change Manager must be a committed, pro-active and self-motivated individual with a strong operations management background, highly organised approach, and experience of delivering results within agreed targets.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Proactiveness and effective management of the change lifecycle, ensuring minimal business impact and initiating escalation procedures as appropriate;
· Chairing the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Making informed decisions that enable changes to be approved or rejected based upon facts presented;
· Understanding and appreciating the business and/or technical impact of change on the business;
· Ensuring that client / business queries are dealt effectively in a reliable and efficient manner;
· Creating management reports within agreed timeframes;
· Communicating change schedules and other notifications using the most appropriate method to ensure message is understood;
· Working closely with teams to share knowledge and identify opportunities for improvements;
· Ensuring the reporting of changes are transparent;
· Overseeing that facts presented at CAB are an accurate reflection of the proposed change. Challenging where there is not the case.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· Background in service operations and customer facing roles, with Change and/or Transition Management experience;
· Resilience with ability to facilitating cross team activities and driving successful change implementation;
· Exceptional communication and planning skills;
· Ability to chair and manage discussions, challenging where appropriate;
· Management report writing skills;
· Attention to detail;
· Experience of working across multiple countries and cultures;
· Educated to degree level or similar;
· ITIL v3 Intermediate - Service Transition qualification (will be considered as an advantage).
