As a Master Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
Utilize your language skills to create customer accounts in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Perform customer pre-qualification requirements, such as duplicate checks, restricted party screening, and license verification.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Monitor customer activations and ensure timely completion, while maintaining effective communication.
Showcase your attention to detail and adherence to timelines, reporting on daily performance and updating performance logs.
Contribute to the team's success by achieving assigned activities within the defined parameters.

To excel in this role, you will need:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in one of the listed languages and superb English communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, backed by prior customer service experience.
Admirable soft skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Data Integration Specialist.
Proficiency in SAP and other related tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Seibel CRM (preferred).
A basic understanding of the overall Finance & Accounting or Order-to-Cash cycle.
Excellent MS Office skills and the ability to adapt to different software platforms.
A graduate or master's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Finance or Accounting.
Availability to work in shifts within the local time zone (8 AM to 5 PM).
