Job Description

Covering all aspects of best practice data management, this role will work closely with our global data teams to define data policies, monitor data accuracy and ensure that high quality data is available to the right people at the right time.

This is a key role and will act as the “go to person” for all data related queries and issues experienced by the GTM Sales teams and wider business users. It is important to be curious and perform appropriate root cause analysis to data issues and apply corrective measures to ensure the continued accuracy of data is maintained for both the business and our clients.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Establishing data quality rules, benchmarking and tracking metrics;
· Proactively reviewing and cleansing master data working alongside our global teams, ensuring data compliance is met;
· Collaborating with teams to review the core CRM system to streamline data capture requirements, apply input standards and automate where possible;
· Managing the handling and use of data, including quality and hygiene, with existing and planned data legislation such as GDPR;
· Establishing tracking of requests against SLAs, audit of changes, duplicate and inactive records and data non-conformities;
· Maintaining the account hierarchy’s and sales team structures, reflecting leavers, joiners and movers;
· Acting as the GTM guardian of the CRM system and related/supporting systems, impacting assessing any changes/release schedules and providing recommendations.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· Around 2 years of experience working in a similar data role, with a real passion for data;
· Good understanding of data privacy legislation;
· Experience in complex data environments, data governance and data migration projects;
· Solid functional understanding of salesforce.com CRM; strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI and Aperture experience a plus);
· Ability to manipulate and review large quantities of complex data;
· Experience of undertaking data cleansing routines;
· Flexible team player, with a bias for action;
· An analytical mindset with a passion for linking data to real-world business challenges.
